I blend pen and ink, watercolors, and acrylics to create whimsical characters brimming with movement and narrative. Bold colors accentuate shapes and patterns, setting the stage for playful character interactions.

Drawing from my background in modern dance and improv comedy, I explore the fine line between comedy and tragedy, capturing humorous and profound moments.

My love for art was shaped early on. Growing up in a home filled with eclectic pieces collected by my parents, who appreciated innovative styles and themes, I was surrounded by books on both historical and contemporary art from around the world. I developed a deep appreciation for artistic expression.

I also find inspiration in the work of musical artist David Byrne, modern dance pioneer Isadora Duncan, composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, and improv theater educator Viola Spolin, all of whom influence my creative vision.
